Prospectus
Eligibility
Photographers must be a resident of Northwest Ohio or a member of the Findlay Art League. All images must originate in a camera and be taken by the photographer entering the work. Work must never have been exhibited in a prior Photo Shower or Juried show at FAL. NW Ohio college-enrolled non-resident students are eligible, if their work has no assistance in arrangement or execution. Thank You to Loan Depot and Fast Signs for sponsoring this show.
Cost
FAL members: $30.00 for up to 3 photos
Non-Member: $40 for up three photos College Students: $25 for up to three photos
**You will be overcharged if you press the entry button more than once (quantity is one)
Once your receipt of entry is confirmed ,your photos will be entered into the jury process.
Entry fee’s are non refundable.
Entry Requirements
Once you’ve paid the registration fee use the “Submit Files” button below to submit your art work for the digital submission process. Submissions will not be accepted in any other format.
You will be notified via email of acceptance or non-acceptance of your submission. Only the artist’s name may appear on the work. No company logo or advertisement.
Intake Requirements
Accepted art work must be ready to hang on the wall during the physical intake process. Identification tags are to be filled out legibly and completely and securely attached to the upper right hand corner on the back of the photograph when they are dropped off at the FAL.

No price changes, substitutes or withdrawals may occur during the exhibit from registration through pick-up.
Schedule
Digital Submission: Starts Wednesday January 11 and ends Friday January 27 at 6 pm. * note change Physical Photo Intake: Friday, Feb 3, 6 - 8 pm and Saturday, Feb 4, 9 - NOON (of accepted work) Opening Reception : Saturday, February 11, 2 pm.
Show Dates: February 6 thru March 2, 2022
Photo Pickup: Friday March 3, 6 - 8 pm and Saturday March 4, 9 - noon
Liability
All reasonable efforts will be made to handle artwork with care. All works submitted are subject to the following liability waiver: Findlay Art League and their agents will not be held responsible for loss or damage to artwork for the duration of the exhibit. Delivering an entry to the exhibition shall constitute agreement with all conditions in the prospectus.
